A short story that narrates the reunion between Lara M. Lowe and Daniel F. Wood many years after their last meeting. Lara and Daniel shared a true and close friendship during their childhood, with a consolidated relationship based on affection, trust, games, travel and holidays, etc. Daniel brings about the meeting, as 20 years later, during a stopover in Madrid, he surprises Lara by arranging a meeting in one of the city’s restaurants; in addition to bringing them together again, he also suggests they travel to the Island of Angaga, in the Maldives (where they spent part of their childhood). The title ‘Come As You Are’ is directly related to the sense of freedom they experienced as children and Daniel’s style of dress, which has remained unchanged despite the passing of time.

LIFE IS A ONE-WAY JOURNEY.
ENJOY IT.

FORMS OF NATURE

The inspiration for these new series stems from various types of organisms, many of which were first described by the German naturalist and philosopher E. Haeckel (1834-1919), responsible for bringing the work of Charles Darwin (1809-1882) to mainstream Germany, creating new terms such as “phylum” and “ecology”. Our references include the radiolaria, cnidaria, birds and flora that this naturalist made popular among the amateur scholars of microscopy of the day. By applying our visual alchemy to create a sense of harmony and certain mathematical algorithms, we have come up with new garments designed for elegant, laid-back, daring or classic men who are fully aware of the significance of owning and enjoying garments at the cutting edge of technology. “Science, technology and art on your body”.

SOLID COLORS

The visible spectrum is the portion of the electromagnetic spectrum that is visible to (can be detected by) the human eye. Electromagnetic radiation in this range of wavelengths is called visible or simply light. A typical human eye will respond to wavelengths from about 390 to 700 nm. This it is the main reason by which we have denominated this experimental series: No.390-700 SOLID COLORS.

TESTUDINATA

Always attracted by nature's beauty and taking as a reference a careful selection of illustrations from 1832 of a series of turtles (Chelonii), we observed their geometrical carapaces and lower shells and decided to use certain mathematical algorithms to emulate them, maintaining the quality standards for which all our products are known. This resulted in the two-dimensional design of this new series of exclusive patterns for our TESTUDINATA series No.1832.

POISSONS ET ÉCREVISSES

The whole collection is based on the year 1754 extrapolated to the 21st Century. The development of this series of tailored fit men’s swim shorts carved with exclusive artworks which has taken over a year to research, achieved the highest standards of contemporary style through beautiful illustrations printed on high tech material using the DWR technology.

Our entire collection tells the story of a cartographer born in the north of France who was believed to have been a spy for Kings George I and II of Great Britain controlling ships that sailed from the port of Amsterdam between 1717 and 1746 and who never travelled to Maluku Islands historically known as the Spice Islands.
